Skinny Coffee Club 28 DAY PROGRAM Mini Review:

As many of you know, I have a good relationship with Skinny Coffee Club’s 28 Day program. Though they are widely known for weight loss transformations, I personally use this coffee in my daily morning routines for maintenance as that’s been working well for me ever since. I’m obsessed with that coffee. It’s the only coffee I prefer black with no milk/almond milk that I think is lovely. If you’re a morning person, this coffee is perfect for you!

Skinny Coffee Club 28 NIGHT PROGRAM

It’s been a full week since I’ve received my Skinny Coffee Club 28 Night Edition and although it’s far from finished, I thought I’d share my experience with this coffee so far.

I’m on Day 7 and the first thing I have to say is: I’ve been getting good sleep! I no longer have trouble getting up in the morning (sounds funny, but seriously) I used to wake up with such heaviness in my body that even when my mind would be so motivated to get out of bed, my body wouldn’t get the memo.

Personally, I’m not fond of snoozes on a daily basis so when I can, I set my alarm to get up and start my day the minute it rings. Ever since last week I’ve been up without a problem, I’m not quite sure if this coffee is the reason why I get better sleep but, one thing I know for sure is that it is the ONLY thing that has changed in my night routine since. I’ve also noticed that this coffee holds fewer ingredients than the original, which is interesting.

Q&As:

Is it better to drink this coffee with milk or without milk? Personally, I like this coffee without milk. I sometimes drink the day coffee with milk but to be honest it’s based on personal preference for that time of the day.

Skinny Coffee Club does recommend you drink this plain but if you wish to add milk, they recommend you use coconut milk or almond milk. Regular milk is also fine as I’ve tried it before but I would like to mention almond milk adds that bit of flavour to it quite nicely. Clearly, this coffee is very versatile which I love.

What is the Skinny Coffee Club: 28 Night Edition supposed to do exactly? Raise your metabolism, burn fat and aid with digestion overnight.

Which is very much true, this week I feel, as well as have been told that I look slimmer. I used to have a bloating problem months before drinking Skinny Coffee Club. This has definitely changed things for me on that part, if not a little more effectively than the 28 Day program.

Is this coffee actually okay to drink at night? Absolutely! This organic, night coffee is formulated with all natural and calming ingredients. It did not affect my sleeping pattern at all.

Does this coffee have caffeine in it? Nope! The Night Edition Coffee is fully decaffeinated.

What’s something you like most about this coffee? I’d say it’s very calming yet also effective! I don’t know how it works in that sense but it seems to give me the best of both worlds; relaxing whilst raising my metabolism which I’ve noticed.

Balance: 4/5 This coffee does not have any caffeine in it so the taste is mellow yet the complexity is neutral and relaxing, I think it’s perfect for evenings

Aftertaste: 4.5/5 I love that it’s not too strong

Aroma: 5/5 Just lovely! This always puts me in the right mood to go to sleep haha

Body: 5/5 quite full and nourishing

My Overall Thoughts

Since this coffee is meant to be had at night, I find myself naturally gravitating towards this more than the Skinny Coffee Club 28 DAY program.

I always make time for a cup of tea, green tea or peppermint tea before bed as that’s just part of my night routine. With this night coffee, it feels exactly the same way, more relieving knowing it’s purpose.

If I were to recommend any Skinny Coffee Club package to anyone, I straight away mention the Night Edition. I feel like this can fit right into anyone’s night routine, since the days ended and you’d have enough time on your hands to relax and really get to enjoy the coffee!

Once again, Skinny Coffee Club brought out yet another lovely, convenient coffee suitable for any routine. And so far, I’m thoroughly enjoying it.

My Journey To A Healthier Lifestyle
